To better assist you, please have the following information available when contacting COSMOS On Call.
- Your name
- Your IP Address (Consult your Systems Administrator if you do not know your IP.)
- The module you are currently working on.
- The instance you are currently working on.
The instance identifier is located in the the upper left corner of the menu pane. The instance identifier "Prod 1" is shown in the red circle in the image below.
