Account Representatives:

	An Account Representative is the person who authorizes COSMOS access and sends Service Requests for the roles that their department manages. The Account Representative sends the Service Request to CCIT Account Administration to create and/or make changes to an end users COSMOS Access. When requesting COSMOS access, the employee's manager must send a written request, on letterhead, which includes their original signature (no initials) to the Account Representative(s) for approval.
