Account Representatives:

	An Account Representative is the person who authorizes access to COSMOS, modification of existing access to COSMOS, and deletion of access from COSMOS, for the roles that their department manages. The Account Representative sends Service Requests to the 24/7 IT Support Center Administrative and Instructional Support team to create and/or make changes to an end users COSMOS Access. When requesting COSMOS access, modification or deletion, follow the instructions on this website, under the Access link, for New COSMOS Account Access and Modification, or Deletion of COSMOS Access.
