We are providing you with two documents that may help you solve your problems quickly. These documents also give you information about who to contact if you need more help.
The documents may be downloaded using the Acrobat® Reader® software. We recommend the use of software version 6.02 or higher.
The document you choose will be based on where your department gets its computer support.
The Enrollment Management Systems Group serves as the computer support unit for the Office of Enrollment Management, which includes Financial Aid and Scholarships, Admissions, and the Office of the Registrar. If you work for one of these offices, download the COSMOS help for EMSG document.
