The Enrollment Management Systems Group is is happy to offer COSMOS training to UA employees who work with data related to undergraduate students.

Training for Graduate College coordinators is offered through the Graduate College. If you are a Graduate College coordinator, register for your training at Grad College COSMOS Training. The information on the remainder of this page is applicable only for those who work with undergraduate data.

EMSG schedules training as employees request it. Please review the Course Descriptions and select the course(s) that most closely match your needs. Then use our form to request training.

When an employee requests training, we typically plan a training session within the following three weeks, allowing time for others who request the same training to sign up for the same session.

When we receive your training request form, we will contact you to arrange a time or to let you know of any trainings that may already be scheduled.

All trainings are held at the EMSG training room. Map.
